1. Material characteristics

Moisture content of materials: the moisture content of materials has a great influence on the mill. If the moisture content is too high, the materials are not easy to dry. The grinding of the over wet materials will wrap and adhere to other materials, or even wrap the grinding roller, resulting in the accumulation of materials on the grinding plate, which makes it difficult to press down the grinding roller and lead to vibration jumping.

2. Temperature of hot air

The temperature of hot air will have a great impact on the vibration of raw material mill, because in a fixed raw material mill, its ventilation rate should ensure the drying efficiency of materials. Therefore, the temperature of hot air entering the mill must be controlled well, which is mainly based on the moisture content of the materials in and out of the mill. In general, the air temperature should be 200 ℃~ 250 ℃ at the inlet and 80 ℃~ 120 ℃ at the outlet according to the water content of the material and the water spraying in the mill. Under these parameters, the raw material mill runs stably and efficiently, without producing great vibration.

3. Grinding pressure

The grinding pressure is the sum of the pressure exerted by the center frame, hydraulic system and self weight of the grinding roller. The grinding pressure is directly related to the compression ratio of the material and the thickness of the material layer. When the grinding pressure increases, the thickness becomes thinner; conversely, the pressure decreases and the thickness increases.
