1. Application of rubber lining plate

If the height difference between the lifting bar and the liner is too high or too low, it will seriously affect the grinding efficiency of the mill.

In addition, through the simulation of mill running state, the structural design of steel rubber composite liner can be further checked. The impact angle of the steel liner can be determined by comparing the impact angle of the grinding medium on the steel plate. Through the application practice, for the steel structure design, through the previous grasp of the wear law of the liner, the shape should not only be consistent with the wear shape of the liner, but also ensure that it has a large bonding area with rubber.
