How to correct the temperature of high temperature furnace in rotary kiln system?

In the production of new dry process cement, Rotary kiln It is a necessary key component. The furnace temperature of high temperature furnace is an important parameter, which needs to be guaranteed to have a suitable value. However, many laboratories in cement plants do not have the ability to correct the high temperature furnace temperature, and the correctness of the furnace temperature has a very important impact on the inspection results of some items. A simple correction method is introduced below.

 Rotary kiln

Based on the data that the melting points of NaOH and anhydrous Na2CO3 are 318.3 ℃ and 851 ℃, respectively, 320 ℃ and 850 ℃ of high temperature furnace can be corrected. The specific operation is as follows.

1) Cut off the power supply and let the high temperature furnace gradually drop to room temperature. Observe the temperature displayed by the temperature controller. If it is inconsistent with the room temperature, adjust the zero position knob on the controller to be consistent with the room temperature.

2) Set the temperature controller to 320 ℃, switch on the power supply, when the furnace temperature rises to 300 ℃, put the porcelain crucible containing 2 ~ 3G NaOH into the furnace of high-temperature furnace, and frame the crucible 10 ~ 20 mm high. When the furnace temperature rises to 320 ℃, keep the temperature constant for 3 ~ 4 min, and take out the porcelain crucible. If NaOH has begun to melt, the furnace temperature is consistent with the temperature displayed by the temperature controller. If it is not melted, adjust the adjusting knob of the temperature controller to 10 ℃ and then continue to raise the temperature to 320 ℃. This cycle is repeated until the furnace temperature of NaOH melting is found out, at which time the real temperature is 320 ℃.

3) In the same way, the temperature controller of the real 850 ℃ of the high temperature furnace can be checked with anhydrous Na2CO3 to show the same position.

4) If the temperature of high-temperature furnace is higher than the display temperature of low-temperature controller, it should be adjusted in reverse with the above operation. But at this time, it needs to wait for the furnace temperature to cool down, and then raise the temperature again, which will take more time. Therefore, it is better to set the temperature at which the sample is placed at a lower level.
