How to reduce the impact of materials on belt conveyor?

4. Set different buffers and guide grooves

For example, setting up multi-stage buffer chute, multi section slope chute, grid type material receiving buffer, curtain type buffer feeder, setting up material accumulation area to form buffer feeder, so that the direction of material inflow is consistent with the direction of conveyor belt, etc.

5. Select the appropriate feeding device

It is one of the most widely used buffering methods to select the suitable feeding device to withstand the impact of material flow. For example, belt feeding is suitable for most small particle size materials, crawler feeding is suitable for ore with large impact force and large particle size, and vibrating (reciprocating) feeding device is usually used under the requirements of quantitative feeding.

6. Comprehensive anti scour measures

When using, it can not use a single item, but according to the actual situation and environmental conditions, combined application.
