People can only enter laterally and then approach the bearing longitudinally In addition, oil can only be injected from the oil hole of the outer end cover of the bearing block, and the yellow oil gun cannot be opened on the inner side due to the small space. Secondly, there is a certain shortage of side extrusion lubrication, because the temperature of the bearing seat is high, in addition to a certain amount of heat generated by itself, there is also heat brought by crushing clinker. Especially in summer, the bearing temperature is high, all above 60 ℃, and the amount of lubricating oil is only squeezed by the side Not enough.

The lubrication mode of bearing pedestal is changed to intermediate lubrication, so that the lubricating oil directly enters into the bearing. The specific operation is as follows: firstly, drill a Φ 10 hole in the hoisting bolt hole of the original bearing seat to drill the bearing seat through. At this time, the hole is aligned with the middle groove of the bearing. Then make a connector with a Φ 8 through-hole in the middle. One end is designed with the same screw thread as the screw thread of the hoisting bolt hole, and the other end is made with a stop back buckle to match with the four point hose.
