The limestone is heated to 900 ℃ by the flue gas of 1150 ℃ in the preheater, about 30% of the limestone is decomposed and pushed into the rotary kiln through the hydraulic push rod. The limestone is decomposed into Cao and CO2 by sintering in the rotary kiln. The material generated after decomposition enters into the cooler, where it is cooled to below 100 ℃ by the cold air blown in the cooler, and discharged. The lime of the cooler passes through the vibration feeder, chain bucket conveyor, and Bucket elevator Belt conveyor It is sent to the lime finished product warehouse.
