Process flow of dryer

The technological process of dryer is: blower hot blast stove dryer cyclone separator bag dust collector induced draft fan.

1. Drying system

① Air drying system: smaller particles or less moisture;

② Rotary drum drying system: larger particles or larger moisture (more than 30%).

2. Requirements for finished products: Final moisture requirements.

3. Inlet air temperature

① Airflow drying: the air inlet temperature of sawdust is controlled at 180 ℃ - 200 ℃, and the moisture content is 30% - 40% or above, and the temperature can be controlled above 180 ℃;

② Rotary drum drying: when the moisture content is high (30% - 40% or above), the temperature can be controlled above 200 ℃ (sawdust);

③ The temperature of low moisture can be controlled below 160 ℃.

4. Outlet air temperature

① When the final moisture content is more than 10%, the rotary drum drying system is controlled at 60 ℃ and the air drying system is controlled at 80 ℃;

② When the final moisture content is 5%, the rotary drum drying system is controlled at 70 ℃ and the air drying system is controlled at 90 ℃.

5. Fan selection

According to the system air volume and system resistance.

① Air volume

Blower: indirect heating and drying, the air volume of the blower is equal to the system air volume (should be up to 80% of the system air volume); direct heating and drying, the air volume of the blower is equal to 1 / 3 of the system air volume (i.e. combustion supporting fan), and the total pressure is between 1000-2000.

Induced draft fan: 1.3 times of system air volume.

② Fan total pressure

a. The induced draft fan needs to overcome all resistance, and the total pressure of airflow drying is above 5500pa; the blower needs to overcome the resistance from hot blast stove to dryer, and the total pressure is about 2000Pa.

b. The total pressure of drum drying induced draft fan is more than 3000 PA without bag filter and more than 5000 PA with bag filter;

c. The air volume of the blower is 0.7 times of that of the system induced draft fan, and the total pressure is more than 2000 PA;

d. The air volume of the induced draft fan is 1 / 3 of that of the blower, and the total pressure may not be considered;

e. The electric heating blower is 0.7 times of the system induced draft fan, and the wind pressure is about 1500 PA.
