Working principle of desulfurization gypsum dryer

The desulfurized gypsum enters the inner layer of the multi-layer drum from the feeding device and dries along the flow. The desulfurized gypsum is continuously picked up and scattered under the board of the inner layer, presenting a spiral moving pattern In heat exchange, the material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters into the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material is repeatedly raised in the middle layer, showing a moving mode of two steps forward and one step backward. In the middle layer, the material not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle drum, and extends the drying time. The material reaches the drying state here. The material moves to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material moves in a rectangular multi loop way in the outer drum. The dried material moves quickly under the action of hot air and is discharged from the drum. The wet material that is not dried can not move quickly because of its own weight. The material is fully dried in this rectangular plate, so as to achieve drying and complete the drying process.

Material in middle layer of drum can both full absorb heat generated by inner drum layer, and heat generated by middle drum layer, while extend drying time, so material reached its driest state in this process. Material can move to the outer drum layer from the middle drum layer, material reached the drying effect will be discharged fast along with hot air, while wet material did not meet the drying effect can’t move quickly due to high weight, so wet material can get adequate drying to reach drying effect thus achieve to complete the drying process.
